Any real estate from private residences (family homes) and any business owned R.E. and any commercial properties even farm and or undeveloped raw land anywhere in the world that has any available unused equity is called: “DEAD EQUITY.” Because it generates nothing …..absolutely (ZERO – 0 – Not A Dime …..NO INCOME FOR YOU) …. In fact, you only have to continue paying taxes, utilities, maintenance, etc. every year on it …… (we could even pay those for you!) It is foolish to let your bank & mortgage companies compound their PROFITS using your money (your dead equity sitting in their vaults!)

• Say you personally and or any and all of your R.E. Clients and or Prospects looking to purchase or sell any E. can provide proof of what the equity is that currently resides inside any of these types of R.E.
• Examples: John & Mary have 3 homes valued at $1,000,000. With outstanding mortgage balances of $500,000. Plus, another 20 years till they are paid off in full.
