  • In many cases we secure long term assets/financial instruments that constantly generate extremely high (ROR) Rates of Returns for securing mutually financially rewarding
  • Next, these “Providers” have assets & financial instruments (sometimes, we have to purchase or lease) to obtain access to pre-existing credit lines with the World’s Top Banks who have provided a minimum of up to 10 X +/- or greater open & revolving (LOC) Lines of Credit to these “Providers & Traders.” So, to be clear here… it is the “Providers & Traders” credit being used… NOT the lender, investors or our depositors’ funds (from our private members/depositors) or our client’s credit whom we are providing extra-ordinary MONTHLY cash-flow in the form of passive income

 

  • This means the “Clients/Applicants” {YOUR} funds are not being used directly & carry no risk of loss. This is just one of our financial methodologies of how we protect our participants funds!

 

  • Whether one enters with the minimum $25,000. Or $1,000,000. Even a $1 Billion or more … this “Success Formula” remains the same for all “Applicants” as to what they need to understand to become our next

  • Example: when that “Client” enters a contract to deposit the funds, say… $1,000,000. & this (LLLP) Limited Liability Limited Partnership engages one or more of our income producing THE 10 X RULE MEANS: THAT EACH 1X may generate positive interest earnings up to 10% per month in cash-flow based upon the principal original deposited funds… (The earnings spread is based on the total funds deposited per Entrance Level or Tier Achieved and the (HYRPIPS) chosen at the time and its availability to be grandfathered into those portfolios.)
  • Then the participant is considered a (“Limited Partner”) & may receive a minimum projected up to 10% with several other options to increase the per month ROI/ROR’s, which annually may produce the 10 X earnings generated passive income…. Equaling a projected minimum of up to 100% annually for our active participants who become Private Member
  • Or stated in this example: (*We will use 10 monthly earning periods for simplicity & math ) $1 M may generate from the multiple “Provider” contracts & other income producing programs / systems up to the full 10 X (ROI) earned monthly for ten monthly distributions. So…

$1 M is capable of earning up to the projected minimum 10% (MONTHLY) or approx. $100k in profits for 100% (ANNUALLY) ROR/ROI Rates of Returns vs (Return on Investment) which we are not investing those funds rather they are being leveraged to create (ROI) or what is called Return of Interest. Note: as your earnings compound, you will be offered access to multiple other Passive Income Portfolios with various income payment options to increase your overall ROI/ROR.

2. Part “B” How does our firm generate these remarkable Returns/Profits for our members?

“HOW” … Because we build multiple passive income streams with profitable margins/spreads across many income producing portfolios programs & systems for our Private Members to own their own “Income Rivers” for life!

  • We simply build in enough transactions and profit “spreads/margins” with our “Providers” to at least double the required ROI listed in our LLLP, JVPA, MOU OR OTHER…. Contracts. Having multiple transactions each week or monthly period insures we should always remain profitable

for our participants to achieve their financial goals without having any labor, worry or risk of loss to their deposited funds.

 

  • By {our firms’} showing a deposit called (POF) proof of funds, this amount is multiplied X multiple (times) up to 10X or more in available credit that is then secured by the “Providers” also called “TRADERS,” these persons generate multiple buy-sell & other contracts & generate profits from others seeking the (PPSP) Programs, Projects, Services, Products we produce or have access

 

  • When they, (The Applicant i. e. you become our new client/private member) would provide (POF) Proof of Funds … So, $1,000,000. deposited would be capable of being leveraged by a “FACTOR” of up to 10 X = up to $10,000,000. Using the Traders Own Credit Lines that the

“Providers” can utilize to secure huge contracts with built in margins (spreads or this is called the PROFITS) where the earnings are generated.

 

  • So, if one single contact was secured where there is a (RWA) ready-willing-able “Buyer” who will pay a premium or (increased purchase price) to us (we are the “Seller”) for the contract we own (because we obtained the financial instruments or assets, collateral, etc.) This generates various “Profits” you as our private member would be entitled to share!

 

  • When we sell to another what we possess for a built in PROFIT… we believe we now can meet the projected contractual ROI/ROR stated in the contract with you…. our

 

  • Note: it is our practice to not enter into contracts where we will not PERIOD!

So, if we secure multiple daily, weekly & monthly even long-term contracts… We are confident, we will be able to fulfill our obligation to perform in a profitable ongoing manner worldwide!

 

  • Our minimum company “Success Formula” nearly always demands a minimum up to 100% in matching profitable transactions so both the (Private Members / Clients / Participants / All Limited Partners) will be paid what we project is our * UP TO…. stated objective of joint profitability for all

3. Part “C” Explanation of what is meant from the statement:

Up To 10 X of all earnings generated for the LLLP Which is paid from Up To 50% of all distributions…

  • This statement is a backup “Success Formula” which means based on entering multiple income producing transactions, will generate what we call: “Income Streams.” So, when we have a secured “Profits” built into each transaction… we are generating MULTIPLE income streams, that when merged together create your OWN PATHWAY for our clients to become beneficiaries and earn from their Own New “Income Rivers.”
  • Example: Say we have $10,000,000. In the LLLP secured bank/or other holding accounts from our deposited funds from the limited partners. Then understand these funds are leveraged by the (POF) Proof of Funds sitting in our secured bank “Holding Account.” This could easily create 10 X the face value of the $10 M X 10 = $100,000,000. One Hundred Million Dollars – {LOC} or lines of Now our contracts are made available to worldwide buyers/sellers/funding seekers.
  • These New “Providers” {LOC} Lines of Credit can enter the world of the Super Wealthy because the normal minimum entry level of the TOP 1% Income Earners & Producers is (normally at $100 Million) where the Traders can close multiple contracts daily, weekly & monthly and each one can generate profits for those In this case the contracts we offer generate profits

 

for the receivers of those funds as a loan or line of credit, etc. They are charged an interest percentage rate which intern generates the earnings our members enjoy & share as their ROI.

  • Now, when this $100 M in credit can produce a closed contract with a mere 10% profit … this means $10,000,000. was instantly generated.   • Again, in this scenario, $5 M would be paid to both the “Producers, Bankers & Traders” & to our firm’s LLLP (General Partner & Our Limited Partners) where we will share those earnings up to 10 X the original deposited principal dollar amount specified in the contract, we have with you….
  • Remember, we always believe we will generate a profit per closed contract; therefore, we are confident either of these two (2) “Success Formulas” will be able to generate the projected ROI everyone is expecting to receive!
  • PROJECTED MINIMUM CASE SCENARIO…. If we generated a 10% ROI in each month, on a $1 M deposit, one may expect $100k X 10 months for at least $1,000,000. Annually! Where else are you going to earn a projected 100% ROI in a single year period as your Annual ROI (return of interest?)
